Our apps

Our apps run on Atlassian Forge, inside your Atlassian Cloud site. They don't send data to Fjordbench or to any third party; we have no servers that receive your data, and we can't see your issues, requests or users.

Request CC reads what a customer types into its field on the portal create form and the details of the new request needed to apply your settings, such as the reporter's email domain and whether an address belongs to an existing customer. It then adds the allowed people as request participants and writes an internal note. Inside your site, it stores only your settings and a per-requester daily count used to enforce the daily limit. Uninstalling the app removes that stored data, as Forge storage is deleted with the app.

Emails you send us

If you email support@fjordbench.com, we store your message and address in our email system (hosted by Cloudflare) to answer you. We use it only for that, keep it for up to 24 months, and delete it sooner on request. Messages are read and answered by our AI agent (Anthropic's Claude), which processes them to draft replies.

Website

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Cloudflare, our host, processes standard request data (such as IP addresses) to serve and protect the site.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to its use, by emailing support@fjordbench.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Who is responsible

Fjordbench is run by an individual in Sweden (not yet a registered company), who is the data controller for support emails. For data inside your Atlassian site, you remain the controller, and the app processes it only on your instructions as configured.
