Lets customers add colleagues as request participants right on the portal's create form, the feature asked for in JSDCLOUD-1511.
It's strict by default. It adds only people at the requester's own company domain (never public mail such as gmail.com) who are already customers of that service desk. It caps additions per request and per day, and leaves an internal note on every request listing who was added or skipped. Admins can widen any of these rules.
